COMMONWEALTH YOUTH DANCE FESTIVAL

10, 11 & 12 JULY 2014 AT TRAMWAY IN GLASGOW

The first ever Commonwealth Youth Dance Festival will celebrate youth dance across the Commonwealth as nearly 400 talented young dancers from Australia, Canada, England, India, Malta, Namibia, New Zealand, Northern Ireland, Scotland and Wales perform this summer at Tramway, Glasgow – 10, 11 & 12 July 2014.

The Commonwealth Youth Dance Festival is a Get Scotland Dancing Commission as part of the Glasgow 2014 Cultural Programme curated by YDance.

See a selection of new dance works created by young choreographers involved in the Hothouse Choreographic Residency Project – Hothouse is run in partnership with Scottish Ballet.
