Dance HQ’s team of dedicated tutors are back together again to bring you a full timetable of adult dance classes packed with old favourites and brand new styles.
From high energy, high impact dance classes like MTV and 90s Pop to get your blood pumping, to classic dance styles such as Ballet, Tap and Irish Dance guaranteed to improve your technique.
For those of you looking to reconnect body & mind we have classes in Contemporary and Barre & Stretch, which will leave you feeling like you’re walking on air.
